Interim Terms · Last Updated: July 14, 2026
Terms of Service
These interim Terms of Service (version terms_of_service_interim_2026-07-14) describe the rules for using Run It Back. They must be reviewed by counsel and the operator information below must be completed before public launch.
Who Operates the Service
Run It Back is operated by an operator whose legal name must be configured before launch. The operator's mailing address and legal contact details appear below when configured.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Run It Back. If you are under 18, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share an account in a way that defeats workspace access controls.
The Service
Run It Back provides tools for collecting, uploading, storing, organizing, reviewing, processing, matching, downloading, exporting, and collaborating on live-event media and related information. Features may change as the service develops. Availability of automated analysis, lyric matching, third-party imports, and exports may depend on third-party providers and the selected subscription.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Taxes, usage limits, storage limits, add-ons, refund terms, cancellation timing, and plan-specific conditions shown at checkout or in account settings form part of these Terms. Run It Back must publish final cancellation and refund language before public launch.
Your Content and Fan Uploads
You retain rights you own in content you place in a workspace. You authorize Run It Back to host, copy, process, analyze, transform, and transmit that content as needed to provide and secure the service. Fan footage submitted through campaign links is also governed by the current Footage License Agreement displayed at the time of upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for content you direct Run It Back to process.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Run It Back to break the law, infringe another person's rights, access another workspace without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade plan limits, scrape or overload the service, or upload exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
Third-Party Services
Run It Back may connect to services such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Google, Dropbox, email providers, monitoring providers, and media or lyric data sources. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Run It Back does not control third-party uptime or policy changes.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, rights holders, workspaces, infrastructure, or the public; to investigate abuse; to address nonpayment; or to comply with law. Final termination, data-export, deletion, and post-termination retention terms require counsel approval before launch.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Disputes
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions are intentionally not invented in this interim document. They must be supplied or approved by qualified counsel for the configured legal operator before these Terms are marked final or the service is publicly launched.
Changes
Material changes will be identified by a new version and updated date. Where required, users will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing or opening checkout.
