Information We Collect

• videos, photos, audio, captions, comments, filenames, upload details, and media metadata;
• device, browser, IP address, approximate location, log, cookie, and usage information;
• reward points, upload counts, redemption activity, and campaign participation;
• support messages, consent records, opt-in/opt-out status, and communication history;
• information from artists, teams, labels, managers, venues, brands, agencies, event operators, service providers, and campaign partners.

Uploaded media may contain metadata such as timestamps, file details, device information, or location information, depending on your device settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate Run It Back and process uploads;
• organize, store, review, tag, and export fan-submitted content;
• match clips to songs, shows, events, moments, locations, or campaigns;
• provide dashboards, timelines, folders, editor links, team links, downloads, and campaign tools;
• administer points, rewards, discounts, offers, and fan incentives;
• send upload confirmations, service messages, support replies, and security notices;
• send marketing messages only where permitted and, when required, with consent;
• prevent fraud, spam, abuse, fake uploads, duplicate rewards, and security issues;
• improve our product, analytics, automation, and media intelligence tools;
• comply with law, enforce terms, and protect rights and safety.

AI and Automated Processing

Run It Back may use automated or AI-assisted tools to analyze uploads, metadata, audio, video, quality signals, duplicate indicators, song matches, and event information. These tools help organize content and improve campaign workflows.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• the artist, team, label, manager, venue, event, brand, campaign sponsor, or organization connected to the upload campaign;
• authorized team members, editors, agencies, contractors, collaborators, and social media managers;
• hosting, cloud storage, analytics, security, customer support, SMS/email, content processing, and infrastructure providers;
• social platforms or publishing tools when content is exported or published;
• legal authorities, buyers, investors, or successors where required for compliance, safety, financing, merger, acquisition, or business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be considered "sharing," "sale," or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws, in which case we will provide required choices.

Marketing Emails and Texts

We may send service-related messages about uploads, accounts, rewards, support, or security.

Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from using the link in the email. Marketing texts are sent only where proper consent has been collected. Consent to marketing texts is not required to upload content. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out where available.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure usage, prevent abuse, improve performance, and support marketing. Where required, we will provide cookie notices or choices.

Retention

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to operate Run It Back, support campaigns, maintain archives, administer rewards, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the Services.

Deletion requests may not remove content already published, exported, archived, backed up, incorporated into other materials, or retained where legally permitted.

Children

Children under 13 may not create an account, use an upload form, or submit content through Run It Back. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users who are at least 13 but under 18 may use Run It Back only with parent or legal guardian permission.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, opt out of certain sharing, sale, targeted advertising, or marketing, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision.
